In his illustrious career, Stephen has held several key leadership positions that have shaped the real estate landscape in Canada. As the former President and Director of the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB), he effectively managed a membership base of 58,000 agents and a budget exceeding $75 million. His tenure at the Canadian Real Estate Association as a Director further solidified his role in the industry, overseeing a membership of over 130,000 agents and the pivotal national website, mls.ca.
 

Stephen's educational background is deeply rooted in business and management, with an MBA, a B.Comm, and Ph.D. studies in Organizational Behavior from the University of Toronto.
