Erin Mills is a large suburban district in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, located approximately 32 km west of Downtown Toronto. It was developed as a "new town" by Cadillac Fairview Corporation in the 1970s on over 7,000 acres of farmland. Erin Mills is an integrated residential, industrial, and commercial community, with a population of 122,560 as of the 2016 Census. It boasts a diverse range of restaurants and a vibrant food scene. The area is named after the historic Erindale to the south and various mills along the Credit River to the east.
